My Pharma Spot ® sends your order(s) to the delivery address indicated by the customer, in an extended hours model, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. Our service includes sending an SMS the day before the delivery date where you identify the number of your order and indicate the time at which you are expected to receive it. However, we are keen to let you know when the order will be shipped for better availability management. Due to the unavailability of someone at home on the date/time scheduled for the delivery, the shipment will be delivered at the pick-up point closest to the address in question. A notice will be left indicating the delivery attempt and the place where you can pick up the order.
You can collect your order from our warehouse, free of charge. The period for preparing orders for collection is variable and the order collection should only be done after contact by a member of the My Pharma Spot team, informing that it is ready. This contact will be made preferably via email. You must collect your order within 5 working days after our contact. The time for picking up orders is from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding lunch hours (12:30 pm to 1:30 pm).
Delivery times may differ depending on the product you want to buy. My Pharma Spot ®'s ability to respond within the aforementioned deadlines is, however, dependent on the availability of stock, as well as it cannot be guaranteed during periods of promotions, sales, Black Friday and Christmas.
My Pharma Spot® will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s), as well as proceed with the reimbursement of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of said unavailability. In case of unavailability of our logistics operation to deliver the products on the indicated date, the customer will be contacted to define another delivery date.
In the event of the impossibility of delivering the order due to the customer's absence or refusal to receive the order, My Pharma Spot® will refund the amount paid (according to the conditions stipulated in the Terms and Conditions), excluding the shipping costs and return to our warehouses. Delivery is considered carried out from the moment there is a signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address. Shipping costs for parcels home in mainland Portugal will have a minimum value of €3.60 (for orders with a value lower than €35, from that value upwards, shipping costs are free). Shipments to the Azores and Madeira Islands will have a minimum value of €6.20 or €12.60 depending on the weight of the order (up to orders worth €99.99). From €100, shipping is free.
