Shipping Methods
NACEX (Mainland Portugal)
My Pharma Spot sends orders to mainland Portugal, through Nacex, thus allowing you to enjoy an express, convenient and safe service.
Orders are shipped on the day of payment (Monday to Friday) if payment is made by 4 pm and when all products ordered are available in the physical stock of our warehouse.
Delivery takes place on the working day following the dispatch of the order. If the first delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, Nacex will contact you by telephone to schedule a new delivery.
NACEX (Spain)
My Pharma Spot also sends orders to Spain through Nacex. Delivery takes place on the working day following the dispatch of the order.
in-store pickup
You can pick up your order from our warehouse at no cost. The deadline for preparing orders for collection is variable, and the collection of the order should only be done after confirmation that the order is ready to be collected.
You must pick up your order within 15 working days of contact. The time for picking up orders is from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, excluding lunch hours (1pm to 2pm).
CTT DELIVERY - Valid for the Azores, Madeira, Switzerland and other countries outside the European community
My Pharma Spot sends orders by registered mail through CTT. By registered mail, a bar code is assigned with a unique identification number that allows you to track and locate the order. If you wish, while placing your order, you can contact customer service in order to confirm the availability of stock of desired products. if there is stock available in our warehouse, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as payment is made. If, for reasons of disruption of stock, your order takes longer to be shipped, our customer service will contact you.
DHL- European Community Countries
My Pharma Spot sends orders to the countries of the European community, through DHL, thus allowing you to enjoy an express, comfortable and safe service.
Orders are shipped on the day of payment (Monday to Friday) if payment is made by 4 pm and when all products ordered are available in the physical stock of our warehouse.
The delivery time can go up to 8 working days, after the shipment of the order.
Delivery time
Deliveries of orders to Mainland Portugal will be carried out within 1-3 business days (except stock outages or carrier delays).
Shipments to the Azores and Madeira Islands will be carried out within 3-7 business days (except stock outages or carrier delays).
Delivery times can be different depending on the product you need to buy. My Pharma Spot ®'s ability to respond within the aforementioned deadlines is, however, dependent on stock availability, as well as it cannot be guaranteed during periods of promotions, sales, pandemic moments, Black Friday and Christmas.
Product Unavailability
My Pharma Spot® will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered, as well as refund the amount paid, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from the knowledge of said unavailability. In case of unavailability of our logistics operation to deliver the products on the indicated date, the customer will be contacted in order to define another delivery date.
Grades:
The value of order shipping varies depending on the weight of the products. You can simulate the amount of shipping costs you will pay in the "Estimate shipping" field, after adding the products you want to your shopping cart and selecting your region.
We ask for special attention and understanding for periods of greater flow of orders, such as Christmas periods, the end of the year or holiday periods, since there is a greater probability that your order will arrive outside the deadlines described above.
Order processing takes place between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, weekdays only.
We are not responsible for delays arising from strikes, restructuring or other situations beyond My Pharma Spot's responsibility.
Whenever there is a "Free Shipping" promotion, My Pharma Spot is free to choose the shipping method.
Whenever it is necessary to change the shipping address, it must be requested before the respective order is shipped. Otherwise, you will need to pay new shipping costs.
