My Pharma Spot ® | Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
After placing an order on mypharmaspot.com, the customer has 3 days to complete the payment, or the order will be cancelled. The customer has the right of free resolution, under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th, concerning distance contracts or any business transaction made outside the physical location in the previous 14 working days.
Cancellations can be arranged at any time prior to shipment and can be requested by the customer. So, if you need to cancel your order on mypharmaspot.com, you must do so as soon as possible. Within 24 hours, our team will send you an email confirming that the order has been cancelled. If the order has already been paid, the total amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method.
If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order. My Pharma Spot can cancel an order if payment was not successfully processed and the order status is “Awaiting payment” or due to having no supply left. Consequently, you will receive an email informing you that the order has been cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items purchased on the My Pharma Spot ® website can be exchanged or returned within the legal period of 14 days and their value refunded, as long as it complies with the return conditions:
- the packaging(s) of each product must be the original and perfectly intact, without any type of damage or signs of use (dirt, scratches, etc.) or opening (violated seals and covers, etc.)
- the purchase receipt(s) must accompany the product(s).
Returns / exchanges of the following products are not accepted: Medicines, Food Supplements, Food (including milks, porridge, jars, etc.), Orthopaedic items with specific measures (e.g., footwear), Underwear (e.g. bras, straps, bands, panties) and compression stockings.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE COSTS
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the user.
- We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, as it is a non-refundable service.
- Collecting and reshipping will depend on the geographic area of the customer's residence. Please allow 14 days for your return or refund to be processed, starting after we have received the products in our facilities. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. We suggest that you keep proof of the products returned.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED PAGAGE OR ITEM? HERE’S WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
If the shipping package is damaged, you should check its content at the time of delivery and immediately file a complaint with the shipping company. If you have received a package in good condition, but still, if the items are damaged, we appreciate your contact using the means mentioned above. After contacting My Pharma Spot ® Customer Service and having been given the return / exchange instructions, you must send us the item properly packed to our return address.
