Shopping Process

  • General Information

    At My Pharma Spot ® it is not mandatory to register, but in doing so, it will make your shopping experience more enriching, complete and allows you to fully enjoy all our features such as access to promotions and special offers. After registering, you will receive in your email information regarding offers, discounts, and news.

     

    After registration, you can log onto your My Pharma Spot ® account with the e-mail and password you have chosen. There, you can consult your purchases, and have access to all your personal information and manage your preferences and privacy settings.

  • Finding Products

    My Pharma Spot ® offers you hundreds of noteworthy products. To find the product you want, you can browse through the Categories Menu or use the Search Box at the top of the page. To explore product details, click on the products’ name or image and learn all about it.

     

    The price shown on each product is the final price to be paid, including applicable VAT (shipping costs are not included, those will be determined after you select the shipping method).

  • Shopping Cart

    When you click on "Add to Cart", a product will be automatically added to the "Shopping Cart", where you can save, add, and delete items, as well as edit quantities of the selected products and confirm the total to be paid (without shipping).

     

    After this process, you can register for the first time or log in to the website with the e-mail and password chosen by you.

  • Registration

    If you are new here, we recommend that you register, resulting a more exciting shopping experience. You can register by filling in your information or by associating your Facebook profile. After that, you will be redirected to a page where you will have to fill in your personal details in detail (home address, VAT identification number, telephone...). When everything is completed, click on "Save".

    If you have already registered and logged in, products in your Shopping Cart will remain available each time you access My Pharma Spot ®. Shopping Cart will only be empty again if you delete the items you have added or if you finalize the order.

  • Finalize Orders

    When you want to finalize your order, you can click on the "Buy" button at the top right of the page or on the "Shopping Cart". If you have not logged into your account, after clicking on "Buy", a field will appear at the beginning of the "Finalize your purchase" asking you to "Login". If you have not yet registered on our website, you can proceed without doing so, never forgetting to correctly fill in all the fields required to place your order.
    After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming it, with purchased items details. Your order will be prepared, and stock reserved after payment.

    Delivery will be made to the location previously specified within the stipulated time frames, unless there is any stock issue.
