  • General Information

    For your experience at My Pharma Spot ® to be the best possible, we believe that ease and speed combined with security when making the payment for your order is crucial. We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, Bank Transfers, and PayPal.

    Invoices are issued by our billing software and will be sent as soon as the order has been completed.

  • Payment Security & 3D-Secure

    Encryption and securitization of part of the payment card numbers is carried out, avoiding any security risks.


    3D-Secure is a security protocol that aims to guarantee protection and trust in electronic payment methods, allowing cardholder authentication and confirmation that payment is being made by the cardholder. Therefore, under the rules of security in payments over the internet, to safely purchase in our online store, you must activate the 3D-Secure service, free of charge, from your bank (starting in January 2021 all credit cards will already have this feature by default, although some older cards may require manual activation). This service allows authentication via text message. So, whenever you purchase something, you will have to enter the code you will receive.

  • Credit Cards

    At My Pharma Spot ® we currently accept VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, and the My Pharma Spot ® Gift Card. *


    * If you return and item (subject to the current policy), the balance will be refunded to your card account. If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be cancelled. In doubt, contact your bank or the company that provided you with the card, or select an alternative form of payment.

  • Bank Transfers

    With this payment method, we give you the option to make an inter-bank transfer. Upon check-out, you must select this payment method and complete the purchase. We will inform you with details of our bank account and a reference that you must include at the time of the transfer so that we can identify it and ensure that the payment has been made. After 24 hours, we will send you an email reminding you that payment is pending. If we do not receive payment within 4 days, your order is automatically cancelled.

  • PayPal

    PayPal allows you to finalize your order and securely send payments online by simply using an email address and password to do so. It is not necessary to enter card numbers or any references. On the checkout page, when selecting the PayPal payment option, the system will direct you to log into your PayPal account and confirm the details there. As soon as it is ready, you will be sent back to our website to finalize your order.
