Valdispert 450mg 20 Tablets is indicated for the relief of mild nervous tension and difficulty falling asleep.

Recommended Use:
The recommended dose for adults and children over 12 years of age is:
For the relief of mild nervous tension: 1 tablet, 3 times a day.
For difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet half an hour to an hour before bedtime, if necessary 1 additional tablet can be taken early in the evening.
Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets

Store in a dry, cool place, protected from light.
Keep out of the reach of children.
