At My Pharma Spot ® it is not mandatory to register. Still, doing so, it will make your shopping experience more enriching, and complete and allow you to fully enjoy all the features such as access to campaigns and special offers.

After registering, you can log in to My Pharma Spot ® with the e-mail you indicated. The password you have chosen and this way, you will always be able to consult the purchases you have made in the Customer Area, where you can also have access to all your data and choose not to receive promotional messages, leaving the exclusive communication for messages regarding the status of your order.

Part of the payment card numbers is encrypted and secured, avoiding any risk of misuse.
3D-Secure is a security protocol that aims to guarantee protection and trust in the means of electronic payments, allowing the cardholder to authenticate and confirm that the payment is being made by the cardholder.
Thus, under the security standards in internet payments, to be able to make purchases in our online store safely and peacefully, you must activate the 3D-Secure service, free of charge, with your bank (from January 2021 onwards, all credit cards will already have this feature by default. However, some cards older, may need manual activation).
This service allows authentication via SMS. Thus, whenever you make a purchase, you will have to enter the code you will receive this way.

At My Pharma Spot ® you can pay with your VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard or Gift Cards *.
* In case of return (subject to current policy), the balance will be refunded to your card account. If the card transaction is not approved, your order will be canceled. If in doubt, contact your bank or the company that provided you with the card, or select an alternative payment method.

This payment method can only be used by customers who have a bank account in Portugal.
At the end of your order, you will be taken to a page where the system will generate a code consisting of an entity, a reference, and the respective value. At the same time, you will receive the same code in your order confirmation email. Payments by ATM can be made through the ATM network or your Home banking.
To make the payment at an ATM, you must select the option "Payment for Services/Purchases" and enter the entity, reference, and corresponding value. You must always keep the receipt as proof of payment.

MB WAY is an interbank solution that allows you to pay for your order quickly and conveniently using your smartphone. All you need to do is have the MB WAY application and associate your bank card with your mobile number at the ATM.
To use this method, select MB WAY as the payment method and enter your mobile number. Then validate the payment in the notification area of the application and confirm the payment with your MB WAY PIN or Touch ID of your smartphone.

Paypal allows you to check out simply and securely using just an email and password. It is not necessary to enter card numbers or copy entities and references to your Home banking or Multibanco system. On the checkout page, upon selecting the Paypal payment method, the system will direct you to log into your PayPal account and confirm the details there. Once it is ready, you will be forwarded back to our website for order confirmation. When choosing this payment option, we remind you that a commission of 3.10% is charged on the total value of your order, which is calculated automatically at the time of check-out.
