Eligible items purchased on the My Pharma Spot ® website can be exchanged or returned within the legal period of 14 days and their value refunded, provided they cumulatively meet the return conditions:
- The packaging(s) of each product must be the original(s) and be perfectly intact, without any type of damage or signs of use (dirt, scratches, etc.) or opening (broken seals and lids, etc.);

Returns/exchanges of the following products are not accepted:

- Medicines, Food Supplements, Foods (including milk, porridge, jars, etc). ;

- Ophthalmology articles;

- Any other personalized article;

- Products whose hygiene may be compromised (ex: breast milk pumps, nipple shields, milk collection cups, disc hydrogels, etc.);

The receipt(s)/purchase slip(s) must accompany the product(s) .

The costs of sending returns will be borne by the user.
The shipping costs for the order are not refundable, as it is a non-refundable service.
The collection and reshipment costs will depend on the customer's geographic area of residence.

The order value or the products will be exchanged within a maximum period of 14 days, after receipt and validation of compliance with the conditions of return of the articles in our facilities,

The refund will be made by the same method for which the payment was made.

We suggest that you keep the proof of delivery of the return of the products.

Order cancellations are only possible up to the time of dispatch and may be requested by the customer. If you wish to cancel your order on the site www.mypharmaspot.com, you must do so as soon as possible. You will receive written communication from the My Pharma Spot® team informing you of the cancellation of the order within a maximum period of 24 hours. If the purchase price has already been paid, the amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, the cancellation will not be possible.

The user who places orders on the website www.mypharmaspot.com whose payment is not made, received, or processed successfully will have them canceled 3 days after the order form.

The user has the right to free resolution, under the terms of article 10 of Decree-Law n.º 24/2014 within 14 working days.

My Pharma Spot reserves the right to cancel your order, which is in the “Awaiting payment” status and has not yet been paid in the event of a shortage of stock. Consequently, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been canceled.

Because customer satisfaction is our priority, you have 14 days after purchase to exchange or return the product. For the return to be accepted, the packaging and the product must be intact, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was sent to the customer. The product must be returned to the premises of My Pharma Spot.

Upon receipt of the return and respective confirmation of the integrity of the products, the return is accepted and the commercial value of the products will be refunded to the user, through a discount coupon to be deducted from a next order or by bank transfer to the NIB/IBAN indicated by the customer.

Returns of the following products are not accepted:

Food supplements;
Food (including milk, porridge, jars, etc.);
Orthopedic items with specific measurements (ex: footwear, elastic stockings, etc.):
Products whose hygiene may be compromised (ex: breast milk pumps, nipple shields, milk collection cups, hydrogel discs, etc.);
Clothing interior (eg pregnancy belts, postpartum bandages, etc.);
Ophthalmology items and any other personalized item.
