Nicotinell 21 mg/24 hours is a transdermal patch that relieves symptoms associated with smoking cessation such as insomnia, irritability, anxiety and agitation. Nicotine helps to reduce and resist cravings for cigarettes and thus helps you to quit their addiction to nicotine.
Mode of Use:
Open the sachet with scissors, taking care not to cut the transdermal patch. Remove the peel-off protective film and, immediately after removing the protective film, put on the transdermal patch.
Apply the system, once a day, at the same time, preferably when waking up, according to the doctor's or pharmacist's recommendation.
Apply to a clean, dry, hair-free area that is different from the day before. Follow the regimen appropriate to your level of addiction.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist. During handling, avoid contact with eyes and nose and wash hands after application. The patch must be folded in half with the sticky side facing inwards before disposal.
Precautions:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the drug's constituents (active substances or excipients). Keep out of the reach and sight of children. You must stop smoking during treatment. While trying to stop smoking, you must not use other pharmaceutical forms containing nicotine (eg lozenges). Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
